Thank you for taking your precious time and investing it into reading my story. 

It is with gratitude that my new journey blossomed as a Reiki healer. Going vegan in 2017 changed my life in so many ways, but also showed me a life and values and having standards was real and should be decisions you rethink on the smallest to largest level. 

From the paper towels you could survive without, to the house that could run by the sun, every decision matters. 

The fork full of food to the water report from the city, everything matters, you matter. 

Then I became a mom and never knew my heart could grow and give back all the love that was given to me growing up. 

The year 2020 made time stand just still enough for me to take a random class by Dr. Akua Grey’s Reiki that has given me an even bigger purpose and passion. 

I am here to pass on my love and energy to anyone willing to receive it. 

I am the key to me and I believe we all have the happiness and love that we all yearn to receive within ourselves as the source lives in us, it is the source. 

We are all connected and my energy is the same energy in the sun and starts and core of the earth for all time. 

I am here to share this frequency and give light to others because we are all worthy. 

The past is the past and has been forgiven and felt. If this is new then first recognize that we are all energy and we have physical, emotion, mental and spiritual parts that all need love and personal investment. 

I change everyday and I hope each night I go to bed a tad bit better than the day before. 

I am better everyday! 

My words are my power; I accept myself; I love myself; I am worthy!
